The residential house was built in 1923, completely renovated and insulated in 1994. It is therefore in excellent condition. The building houses three apartments, one of which is used as a practice. It is located in the picturesque old town of Unterseen in a quiet lane without through traffic. Despite the central location, it is very quiet and only a few steps away from the Aare River, shopping and nature. There is no own parking space to the house, but it is possible to buy an annual parking card at the municipality for the surrounding parking lots (Stadthaus, Habedarren, Löwen). Alternatively, parking spaces are regularly offered for rent in the nearby Stedtli center zone.
