Wohnen am Haldenbach – Sustainable new-build project in Ganterschwil

With the new-build project Wohnen am Haldenbach the NAWOBA cooperative is realizing a high-quality and sustainable residential development in a natural setting in Ganterschwil. The project comprises two modern multi-family homes that blend harmoniously into the existing environment and respectfully develop the character of the neighborhood.

In total, nine attractive apartments with 3.5 to 4.5 rooms are being built. The net living areas range from 89 m² to 136 m² and offer generous space for different lifestyles – from couples to families and people with increased space requirements.

The NAWOBA cooperative places great value on sustainability and healthy living. For this reason, the focus is consistently on wood as an ecological and breathable building material. The basement is being built on site in concrete, while the upper part of the solid wood structure is prefabricated. This construction method reduces the construction time, improves the quality of the construction and ensures a healthy indoor climate. The wood used comes from the region and underscores the sustainable nature of the project.
