Die 1970 erbaute Liegenschaft wie auch die Wohnung befinden sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Wohnung wirkt hell und wohnlich und verfügt über einen praktischen Grundriss mit Entreé und Flur, welche in die verschiedenen Zimmer führen. Dem Wohn-/ Esszimmer vorgelagert, ist ein Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und auf den Bach. Die Wohnung verfügt weiter über eine abgeschlossene Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad/WC/Dusche sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Die Renovierungen waren vom 2019- 2021, mit der kompletten Küche und dem Fußboden in Flur, Bad und Küche, die doppelverglasten Fenster, und 2021 die Badewanne.

L'immobile, costruito nel 1970, così come l'appartamento, sono in ottime condizioni.
L'appartamento è luminoso e accogliente e presenta una pianta pratica con un ingresso e un corridoio che conduce alle varie stanze. Di fronte al soggiorno/ sala pranzo si trova un balcone con una splendida vista sulle montagne circostanti e sul ruscello. L'appartamento dispone anche di una cucina autonoma, due camere da letto, bagno/ WC/ doccia e una cantina.
I lavori di ristrutturazione sono stati eseguiti dal 2019 al 2021, con la cucina completa e la pavimentazione del corridoio, del bagno e della cucina, le finestre con doppi vetri e nel 2021 la vasca da bagno.
In bagno è stato sostituito anche il bidet e il lavandino. L'unico pavimento che non è stato sostituito, è quello del soggiorno, perché è in legno e ancora in buone condizioni.
Sono stati rinnovati anche i balconi, il pavimento e la facciata.
