MULIN focuses on high-quality, durable and site-specific materialization. The ventilated wood facades made of untreated spruce, robust base areas made of natural stone or concrete, and carefully selected details all contribute to the calm and valuable appearance of the buildings.
The apartments are equipped with oak parquet flooring, porcelain stoneware tiles in the wet rooms, kitchens with oven and steamer, Dekton worktops, video intercoms, electric sun blinds and modern electrical and multimedia infrastructure. You will make the final choice of the interior finishes. The heat is generated by an air-water heat pump for each house, and is distributed via underfloor heating. The energy concept is supplemented by a private PV system with a connection for self-consumption. The project is geared towards sustainability and energy efficiency and will be certified as Minergie-P.
