In winter, the same road serves as a ski and sledge run - access is by foot or on skis.
The apartment also comes with a large piece of pasture land of 1,748 m². This generous plot of land offers the possibility of building a main residence and/or just a garage You have plenty of space for your sun lounger, a small garden bench or simply to walk barefoot in the grass.
