This unusual double single-family home is located in the W2 residential area in a very family-friendly and traffic-calmed neighborhood street. It is flooded with light, offers a very cozy atmosphere, is solidly built and is waiting for new residents who appreciate the special something – because the floor plan is anything but 08-15:
Due to the slight slope of the land, the house is distributed over several half-floors, allowing the residents to create beautiful retreat areas.
