Description
This cottage and its location are very special. This is our assessment and we are eager to see what impression you will have when you visit the site.
The chalet was built and furnished in 2011 with great attention to detail. It offers large, high rooms, plenty of space and comfort to live in, as well as a fascinating view in an unusual location.
It is a house composed of many wooden rooms, a typical roof of local slate, a modern and very practical kitchen, a spacious and bright living area, 2 large bedrooms and 2 modern wet rooms. A jacuzzi and two fireplace stoves on the ground floor and in the attic greatly contribute to the comfort of this extremely valuable holiday property. In the attic, another room could be separated and furnished if needed.
The available space includes 190 m2 of usable space or 125 m2 of net living space. You can find a corresponding room program with information on the areas in our sales documentation. The house can accommodate at least 4 people at all times. For a weekend, holidays or a holiday week, 2 to 4 people can also be accommodated.
The house is very easily accessible in summer and winter. It is located a few meters downstream from the intermediate station of the Blatten – Belalp cable car, on a beautiful sunny terrace facing south.
In winter, drive your car to the parking lot near the valley station of the Blatten – Belalp cable car. From there, the train takes you to the intermediate station and thus almost to the front door.
During the summer months, you can drive your car up to the front door and park next to the chalet. The last part of the journey is from the Blatten – Belalp connecting road to the house on a small private dirt road.
Important to know:
The highest point of the Belalp ski resort is at an altitude of 3,118 m. And there is no more building land to buy in the region where the chalet is located. The urban landscape must be preserved as it is today. The chalet belongs to the village of Blatten and could therefore also be inhabited all year round. A large part of the furniture can be taken over against a corresponding surcharge.
