Un très joli chalet de vacances à Fortunau (Ayent), 5.4 km éloigné d'Anzère, 4 pièces sur 2 étages avec environ 94 m2 de surface habitable nette à l'intérieur et environ 30 m2 de balcon et terrasse.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un séjour chaleureux avec cheminée et cuisine ouverte attenante, 1 douche/WC moderne et 1 réduit avec tour de lavage et 1 jardin d'hiver chauffé ainsi que l'entrée avec porte-manteau et porte-chaussures de ski. À l'extérieur se trouve une espace avec une garniture de sièges, HotPot et une aire de barbecue avec une store solaire automatique.

A l'étage supérieur se trouvent 3 petites chambres et une salle de bain avec douche/WC ainsi qu'un balcon de 8 m2, orienté sud et une grande terrasse de 21 m2, bien ensoleillée avec une belle vue sur la vallée du Rhône et les Alpes valaisannes en face. 

Dans les années 2020/21 on a rénové tout l'intérieur ave une nouvelle cuisine et une nouvelle salle de bain aveb douche et toilette. Et on a installé le nouveau carport pour 2 places de voitures.
