On Tuesday, 13 May 2025, the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony took place in Fulenbach. The Neumatt development is set to bring new housing to the canton of Solothurn by spring 2027.

The 21 apartments with 3½, 4½ or 5½ rooms in the Neumatt development are divided into three standard floor plans with two apartments each and an attic floor with one apartment each.
The ground floor houses a shared parking hall and visitor parking spaces.
All apartments are accessible by lift, including the attic with direct access to the apartment. The ground floor houses all the cellar rooms for each apartment.
There is also a drying room and a bicycle storage room for each house. The parking hall has parking spaces for visitors, which are separated from the residents' parking spaces by a gate.

Construction work began in May 2025 and completion is planned for around spring 2027. Hunkeler Partner Architekten AG will provide more detailed information once the planning is complete.
