La Chaux-de-Fonds, the fourth largest city in the Romandie region, is situated at an altitude of 1000 meters and was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2009. The city is distinguished by a checkerboard layout that was created during its reconstruction in the early 19th century and is home to all the necessary infrastructure such as primary and secondary schools, transport, swimming pool, ice rink, museums, etc.

These 3 apartments are located in a building built in 1971 and were all completely renovated in 2022, including the installation of triple-glazed windows. They are therefore perfectly habitable/rentable as they are (currently vacant).
