Chalet with shops on first floor

Built with quality materials such as old wood and dry stone, and featuring large picture windows, Chalet Le Tzi is located in the center of the resort, on Place de l'Ermitage.
It is currently being considered for integration as a restaurant/bar and/or boutique.
It will become a venue for meetings and various events in the coming years thanks to a project currently being carried out by the commune.
It is reserved for Swiss nationals or Swiss residents who would like to buy the chalet as it stands and turn it into a public establishment.
Note that the top floor could be converted into apartments, but that the first floor is destined to remain in a commercial zone.
