Dieses Ferienhaus, was 2006 liebevoll saniert wurde, liegt oberhalb des Nucleos von Gudo, eingebettet in die Weinberge. Es ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zwei private Parkplätze stehen unterhalb des Hauses zur Verfügung, ein praktischer Warenlift erleichtert den Transport. Hoch über der Ebene öffnet sich das Haus nach Süden und schenkt einen weiten, freien Blick bis zu den gegenüberliegenden Bergketten. Die zwei Etagen des Hauses beherbergen unten und die offene Wohnküche mit viel Platz und das Kaminzimmer und oben die privaten Schlafräume mit 2 Bädern. Während der Sanierung wurde alles erneuert und eine Wärmepumpe eingebaut. Die Nachbarhäuser befinden sich in einigem Abstand. Der Platz bietet viel Privatsphäre. Zum Grundstück gehört Agrarland, wo Reben angebaut werden, Wald und auch Bergbereiche. Gartenflächen sind ebenso vorhanden. Direkt vom Haus aus führen Wanderwege in die umgebende Natur. Questa casa di vacanza, ristrutturata con cura nel 2006, si trova sopra il nucleo storico di Gudo, immersa nei vigneti. È raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Due posteggi privati si trovano sotto la proprietà, e un pratico montacarichi facilita il trasporto di merci.
