Die Trattoria wurde 2007 renoviert und befindet sich in gutem Zustand. Sie war bis vor 1 Jahr für Gäste geöffnet. Die Trattoria lässt sich auch leicht in ein Haus mit 5-6 Zimmern umbauen.

Im Erdgeschoss sind eine große Eingangshalle, ein großer Raum mit einem Ofen und ein Kellerraum eingebaut. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine geräumige ausgestattete Küche, einen weiteren Raum, der als Arbeitsbereich mit Kühlschrank genutzt wird, ein Esszimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon und einen Barraum mit Theke und Tischen. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder/WCl Außerhalb des Haupteingangs befindet sich eine große Terrasse, die auch im Winter genutzt werden kann.
