Eingebettet in eine Landschaft von seltener natürlicher Schönheit, geniesst das Haus eine sonnige und ruhige Lage, mit einer wunderschönen Sicht auf den Malvaglia-Stausee und die spektakuläre umliegende Bergkulisse.
Das Gebäude wurde liebevoll ausgebaut und besticht durch hochwertige Ausführungen, die die authentischen Materialien der Region – Stein und Holz – hervorheben und eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.
Im Obergeschoss öffnet sich ein grosszügiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und einem romantischen Kamin, dem Herzstück des Hauses. Eine schöne Holztreppe führt zu einer einladenden Galerie mit Doppelbett, ideal als Schlafbereich oder zusätzlicher Rückzugsort.
