We have added a Fullwood compact house to the property.
The layout, size and craftsmen are free to choose. We have a model house in Wolfhalden. Some pictures are from Fullwood’s block house.
The plot is located directly to the right in front of the Grütli restaurant above the road. The address of the restaurant is also included in the advertisement, as the plot does not yet have one.
Pugema is a fraction of the municipality of Arogno and is located in a quiet and sunny location in the countryside above Campione d’ltalia and enjoys a wonderful view of the Gulf of Lake Lugano and its surroundings. It has about thirty inhabitants. You can take several beautiful excursions in the surrounding area. It can be reached via the cantonal road from Maroggia and is about 10 minutes from Arogno and 30 minutes from the centers of Lugano and Mendrisio.
Further along the cantonal road you reach the lake and the village of San Rocco (Lugano), where there is a boat landing for boats to Lugano.
Pugerna, a district of Arogno, is beautifully situated almost above the Italian enclave with a wonderful view of Monte San Salvatore and a bit of the lake. The district is accessible via the improved access road to Pugerna. It is a bit narrow but doable. You will be rewarded with the charm, view and peace of the property. There is almost everything in the village.
The plot is also suitable for a double family house. There is no shortage of project ideas. For us, it is important that you come to the 2nd floor of the lower part of the plot to live. The upper half of the plot is a green zone. Here you could plant a very small vineyard.

Continuing along the cantonal road you reach the lake and specifically the town of San Rocco (Lugano), where there is a dock for Lugano.
