It has about thirty inhabitants. You can take several beautiful excursions in the surrounding area. It can be reached via the cantonal road from Maroggia and is about 10 minutes from Arogno and 30 minutes from the centers of Lugano and Mendrisio.
Further along the cantonal road you reach the lake and the town of San Rocco (Lugano), where there is a boat landing for boats to Lugano.
Pugerna, a hamlet of Arogno, is beautifully situated almost above the Italian enclave with a wonderful view of Monte San Salvatore and a bit of the lake. The hamlet can be reached via the improved access road Pugerna. It is a bit narrow but doable. You will be rewarded with the charm, the view and the peace of the property. The village has almost everything.
The property is also suitable for a double family house. There is no shortage of project ideas. For us, it is important that you live on the second floor of the lower part of the property. The upper half of the property is a green zone. Here you could plant a very small vineyard.

La struttura si trova direttamente sulla destra di fronte al ristorante Grütli sopra la strada. L’annuncio include anche l’indirizzo del ristorante, in quanto la struttura non ne dispone ancora.
Pugerna fa parte del comune di Arogno ed è situata in posizione tranquilla e soleggiata immersa nel verde sopra Campione d’Italia e gode di una meravigliosa vista sul Golfo di Lugano e dintorni, ed ha una trentina di abitanti. Puoi fare diverse belle gite nella zona. Si raggiunge tramite la strada cantonale da Maroggia e dista circa 10 minuti da Arogno e 30 minuti dai centri di Lugano e Mendrisio.
Proseguendo lungo la strada cantonale si arriva al lago e precisamente al paese di San Rocco (Lugano), dove c’è un attracco per Lugano.
Bellissimo il quartiere Pugerna di Arogno, quasi sopra l’enclave d’Italia, con una vista meravigliosa sul Monte San Salvatore e qualcosa di lago. Il quartiere è raggiungibile tramite la strada di accesso migliorata di Puderna. Un po’ stretta ma fattibile. Per questo sarete ricompensati con il fascino, la vista e la tranquillità della proprietà. Nella parte del villaggio ha quasi tutto.
La proprietà è adatta anche per una casa bifamiliare. Le idee progettuali non mancano. Secondo noi è importante che si possa arrivare al 2° livello dalla parte bassa della proprietà per abitare. La metà superiore della proprietà è una zona verde. Potresti piantare un vigneto molto piccolo qui.
