The neighborhood plan for the site known as "Les Empétières" is located in the north-east of the village of Dombresson, to the west of the municipal boundary with Villiers. The area is located in a part of the locality that is not very urbanized, between the nucleus formed by the old locality area to the west and the individual and collective housing areas built on the two communes to the east.
