It should be mentioned here that we recommend replacing the existing kitchen, renovating the two wet rooms and replacing the wallpaper in the parents’ bedroom. But this is not a condition and you could just move in and see what needs to be done with the time.
Due to the planned abolition of the imputed rental value, it is likely that maintenance work can no longer be included in the tax return from 2028. It could therefore be useful to have this work commissioned in the next 2 to 3 years.
It is also important to know that the house has a timeless architecture and could be extended according to the instructions of the sellers. This would require a construction application and a building permit from the building authority of the Port municipality.
