This lovingly restored Tessiner village house, which offers plenty of space for friends and family, is located in the romantic center of Ronco s. Ascona, a small, romantic village on Lake Maggiore.
Originally built by a respected military leader in the 16th century after his return from war as his personal castle, it remains one of the largest detached houses from that time in the beautifully preserved core of Ronco s. Ascona.
With great attention to detail and a great passion, this house has been professionally renovated from top to bottom by the current owners since its purchase in 1985 and has been continuously well maintained. Cette maison de village tissin, restaurée avec soin, offrant beaucoup d’espace pour les amis et la famille, est située dans le centre romantique de Ronco s. Ascona, un petit village romantique sur le lac Majeur.
Construite à l’origine par un chef militaire respecté au XVIe siècle après son retour de la guerre comme son château personnel, elle reste l’une des plus grandes maisons détachées de cette époque dans le noyau magnifiquement préservé de Ronco s. Ascona.
Avec une grande attention aux détails et une grande passion, cette maison a été rénovée professionnellement de toutes pièces par les propriétaires actuels dès son achat en 1985 et a été continuellement bien entretenue. Il était très important d’équiper la maison de technologies modernes tout en conservant les anciennes structures.
