PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project “Arlis” is being built in the Basel suburb of Arlesheim, in a prime location on a hillside. The 15 unique condominiums in the three multi-family homes offer a whole range of living options, with a total floor area of 131m2 to 174m2. The highest standards of comfort, economy and energy supply have been applied
not only to the design, but also to the choice of building materials. The highly insulated concrete-wood façade, the photovoltaic system and the geothermal heating system form a very durable and low-maintenance overall system. The Arlis residential buildings were designed to high energy and climate standards, and thus offer maximum energy efficiency and performance features.
