Grande villa con piscina e giardino vicina al lago in una zona residenziale di Muzzano, località Agnuzzo.
L’abitazione di 5.5 locali si sviluppa su un totale di 310 mq e si eleva per tre piani.
Al piano terra si trovano la zona giorno e la suite padronale. Il grande salone,con area living con camino e zona dining, si affaccia sul portico e sul giardino dove è presente la piscina. La cucina è separata e abitabile, con penisola, ottimi elettrodomestici e accesso al terrazzo. Un corridoio porta all’ala nuova della casa realizzata a seguito di un ampliamento effettuato nel 2015, dove si trovano la grande camera padronale, la cabina armadio ed una spaziosa sala da bagno con doppio lavabo, doccia con grande soffione evasca idromassaggio.
