Sonne gibt es zu jeder Jahreszeit, auch im Winter reichlich. Das Dorf liegt an der «Strada Alta» und ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Postauto) sehr gut erreichbar. Parken ist auf dem eigenen Grundstück möglich. Auf Wunsch kann ein Nebengebäude zum Ausbau auf 3 Etagen dazu erworben werden (dort wurden bereits Vor-Arbeiten gemacht).
