However, the operation would also be suitable for further specialization if required, by reducing the management to the own area and using the industrial land for other purposes.

The experienced and local staff should be taken over if possible.
All inventory and planting material on the leased areas can be taken over. This is not included in the sale price and is subject to negotiation.
