In the context of the Gland project, Les Jardins suspendus, the Foundation and the local authority will use allocation criteria that respect this principle, including:
- Priority will be given to residents of Gland and/or people with a close connection to the town (family, employment)

- Income must meet the local authority’s income criteria (minimum combined income of CHF 4,580.00 and maximum of CHF 6,100.00)

- Shower room with WC and a washing column;
- Living room with plenty of natural light;
- All apartments have a private cellar.
Outside parking spaces (CHF 100.00 / month extra – compulsory) complete the property.
