In the building with the oldest illuminated sign in the city, we rent out a partly listed office space by arrangement, which is currently being renovated. You can expect the

The rooms marked as offices 2 & 3 on the plan are listed as historic buildings and have been renovated in careful collaboration as follows:

- Restored, old parquet floors

- Connecting door between the



offices 1 on the plan:

Here we can grant you a say in the floor, electrical installations and ceiling.
There is the possibility to cool the space (tenant fit-out). Ventilation/air conditioning is provided until the start of the rental space. The green


toilet facilities are part of the rental space; the IV toilet can be used in common.
