We are now renting out open areas between 20 m² and a total of 175 m² within a spacious communal area, either immediately or by appointment. The areas are not separated from each other by walls, but form an open space.
This open design promotes direct exchange and collaborative work with other tenants.
For personal items or confidential materials, lockable furniture can be installed individually on site. A structural separation of the area is not possible.
