Studio on the 1st floor in a central location

The house was built to a good standard and various renovations/conversions were carried out in the apartments in 2023. There is a store on the basement and first floor. The staircase to the apartments is on the east side of the building. This is accessible from Bahnhofstrasse via a small connecting road behind half of the building. In addition to the store, there is a 1.5-room apartment on the first floor. On the upper floor, the building has a 3.5-room apartment and a studio. There is a large maisonette on the 2nd floor and attic. The common laundry room of the two small apartments is located in the basement. The house is centrally located close to the Stedtli center with shopping, parking, bank and pharmacy and in a few steps you are at Interlaken West train station. The studio on the upper floor is vacant and can be taken over by arrangement. The apartment does not have a fixed parking space. However, there are always parking spaces available in the Stedtli center that can be rented. It is rented to a maximum of one person
