Directly adjacent is the bright living area with access to the balcony and beautiful views of the mountains. There is enough space in the living room for a sofa bed, so that up to three people can comfortably spend the night.
On the left side, two beds are cleverly integrated, which can be easily pulled out if needed. A real space miracle with a well-thought-out living concept.
The balcony extends the living space outwards and invites you to linger with its beautiful afternoon and evening sun.
The bathroom with bathtub rounds off the attractive offer.
The studio is rented furnished. After consultation with the owner, it is also possible to rent the apartment unfurnished.
The apartment also includes a ski storage room and a shared laundry room. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
