Electric parking spaces for rent

We are renting out various electric charging stations at this development, available immediately or by arrangement, for CHF 200.00 per month (excluding VAT).

Here’s how the billing works:

You pay Livit the rent as per the rental agreement for the use of the parking space with charging station. Swisscharge.ch will bill you for the operation of your individual charging station at the end of each month:

- The cost of the electricity used. The electricity tariff for the charging current is based on the costs charged by the electricity supplier. You can find the tariff valid for your location in the app.The electricity tariff is usually updated annually.

- A monthly operating fee of CHF 7.45 (including VAT).
