The Bellevue Apartments consist of seven identical residential buildings in chalet style, which were built in two construction phases. The first three buildings were completed in 2017, with 18 identical apartments already available. In the second phase, four more identical buildings with a total of 22 apartments were added in 2024, to meet the high demands of the discerning clientele. The STI bus stop with a half-hourly connection to Thun and Sigriswil is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the Bellevue Apartments. Gunten has a population of 860 people.
