  • The Val d'Anniviers and its 220 km of ski runs - often described as the most beautiful valley in the Valais Alps, located between the Matterhorn and Verbier boasts the longest ski resorts as well as the best sunshine in the region.
  • Sledding runs, a natural ice rink, Cascade de glace (Mayoux), snowshoe trekking and winter hiking are the pride of the region.- Grimentz is one of Switzerland's most picturesque villages. It boastś the spectacular Grimentz-Zinal ski area (129 km of pistes culminating at 2900 meters). The old village exudes the authentic charm of Valaisan alpine villages.
  • Grimentz was recently voted Switzerland's second most beautiful alpine village after Zermatt. This is no coincidence.
  • The old village is made up entirely of old chalets several hundred years old.
  • All the windows bloom more than 34 kinds of geraniums, giving the village a festive air. The surrounding ring of mountains includes 6 peaks over 4,000 meters above sea level (Weisshorn, Bishorn, Zinalrothorn, Obergabelhorn, Matterhorn and Dent Blanche).
