The first floor is devoted to the sleeping area, while the top floor hosts a generous living room with dining area and kitchen, designed to capture the last rays of sun and offer a bright, spacious living environment. The house comprises 5 rooms, two bathrooms, approximately 220 m² of gross living area and an SIA volume of 650 m³ on a compact plot of about 94 m² (parcel 611, Municipality of Quinto, EGRID CH528421020711).
