The large main house, an old Ticino house dating from around 1640, is the oldest house in the municipality and was originally surrounded by vines. Three wine cellars, one above the other, bear witness to this.

The houses were completely renovated in 2024. The roofs are newly tiled with original Ticino granite slabs. The furnishings are modern, combined with old furniture.

The main house has a systematic structure, the granite staircase provides access to all 3 floors and the attic.

In the basement is the imposing and second oldest trotte in the canton with a small kitchenette, an ideal place for festivities. An old building with a garage for 2 small cars or 1 off-road vehicle is attached to the street.

The 4th cottage is approx. 200 years old and originally had a baking / pizza oven on the ground floor, which is no longer active. On the second floor is the office with a small covered terrace.
