Some explanations of the renovation:
The renovation of the main building was done systematically, all the foundations and the building’s foundations were reinforced with concrete slabs on the inside and outside, the entire perimeter of the house is completely drained.
The exterior stone walls were completely renovated, they were scraped and then re-plastered and grouted with cement and lime, all the molasse facades and door frames were completely restored and put back in order.
The interior finishes
All the original woodwork of the building (walls, roof trusses, doors, etc.) was completely renovated, brushed, cleaned and treated with beeswax.
