This small multi-family house has 4 units. This 4-room apartment has a living space of 133m2. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a "cozy" ambiance. The apartment is quiet, very bright and has a great view of the countryside and the horse farm. The hallway and all the rooms have beautiful parquet flooring and all the rooms have high ceilings. In addition to the living and dining room, the apartment has 3 other rooms that can be used as bedrooms or as an office.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and has enough space for a small table or additional cupboards. It is located "ensuite" with the dining room and is therefore slightly recessed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. One of the bedrooms also has a sink with a mirror.
The apartment can be accessed either via the staircase or the lift. The lift will still be "on" until the end of the year - then the tenants can decide whether to extend the contract for another year. We would then add these costs to the service charges.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This room is available to all 4 parties.
