Fruit farm with special crops for lease

The farm includes various special crops and is managed according to the guidelines of BIO Suisse. The continuation of organic production is desired but not a requirement.

• Approx. 18 ha of fruit (pome and stone fruits, kiwi and various berries)
• Approx. 2 ha of vines (Sauvignac, Divico, Doral) and table grapes (Palatina)

All production is stored and processed on the farm and marketed through various sales channels. Direct sales from the farm are an important part of the business. The large customer base can be taken over.

The farm is run as a joint-stock company (Domaine de Roveray SA). Upon taking over the lease, all shares are bought and thus the entire leasehold inventory, including planting material. The buildings and land are made available by lease agreement.

We are looking for a person, a family or a group that is able to best develop the economic, social and ecological sustainability of the existing orchards, vineyards and buildings. An immediate or future sale of the property is not excluded.

The farm is currently managed by the owner family, who are looking for a successor due to their age. The transfer of knowledge and experience can be guaranteed.
