I try to make the rental process as digital and uncomplicated as possible. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note the following points:
Use: The room is intended exclusively for medium to long-term storage. It is not allowed to use the room as a hobby room (quiet activities such as artistic or craft work are possible by prior arrangement), workshop, commercial space or warehouse with regular goods in- and outflows, as the room is located in a residential building.
Minimum rental period: You can rent the room for a minimum of 12 months.
Viewing: Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the room in advance. However, you are not taking any risks. You can terminate the rental contract with immediate effect within 7 days of receiving the keys and will receive a full refund of all payments.
Key collection: You will receive the keys conveniently via A-Post Plus. There are no additional costs.

The room for rent is a 16 m² storage room in the basement of a property in Binningen (Basel).
The storage room is ideal for storing materials, files, furniture or sports equipment in a safe place, whether you are a company or an individual. The basement and the lift provide convenient access. A small amount of daylight enters the room through the window in the cellar shaft.
