The "Fleur d'Eau" estate was built between 1865 and 1867 by the architect Francis Gindroz(1823-1878) for the Paris banker Théodore Vernes d'Arlandes (1820-1893) in a Renaissance style, mixed with 18th century classicism. This wonderful mansion replaced the old one, which was occupied by the painter and art dealer Auguste Brun (1758-1815). It is equipped with a remarkable park with a succession of terraces and pergolas. The gardens were redesigned in 1949 by JeanCamoletti. On 11 July 1986, the "Fleur d'Eau" estate was the venue for the famous meeting between Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev. The estate has been completely converted into offices using high-quality materials and is in a state that can be described as new. It is used by a company with worldwide trading activities. An annex building of approximately 376 m2 on three levels, currently used as a private residence and with three garages, could be converted into offices.
