Description

At Contone, on the flat and large parcel of land, in a quiet, residential and sunny area, a complex of 12 independent villas of two types will be built: 7 units Villas A and 5 units Villas B or Villa C.

For the above-ground floors, the use of STEKO construction system https://www.steko.ch/metanavigation/home/ (wooden bricks, filled with cellulose flakes insulating) is planned. Environmentally friendly, from a renewable source and completely recyclable, it also majorly contributes to the protection of the environment.

This system was developed and patented by Prof. A. Steurer of the ETH in Zurich and is entirely manufactured in Switzerland.

Thanks to the lightness and elasticity typical of wooden structures, earthquake-proof performance is also very high. Finally, the provision for electric charging of cars in the covered parking spaces also espouses the philosophy of sustainable housing.

Description of types:

  • Typology VILLA B:

Detached villa of 5.5 rooms, arranged on 3 levels, for a total sqm 185 approx. gross floor area.
The entrance floor includes the entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom and a non-habitable portion of sqm 33 approx. (a technical room with laundry and a wine cellar).
The first floor includes the living area, a toilet room and the dining area with an open kitchen.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which has direct access from the master bedroom).
On the ground floor there is a private garden of sq m 119 approx. and a covered terrace of sq m 11.6 approx, facing southwest.
The property plot measures sq m 298 - 342 approx. depending on the chosen villa (including the portion enslaved to the common access road).

Complementing Villa B, a covered parking space and two uncovered parking spaces. 
In the large maneuvering area in front of the covered parking lot, there is room for a fourth car.
