Description
At Contone, on the flat and large parcel of land, in a quiet, residential and sunny area, a complex of 12 independent villas of two types will be built: 7 units Villas A and 5 units Villas B or Villa C.

Environmentally friendly, from a renewable source and completely recyclable, it also majorly contributes to the protection of the environment.
This system was developed and patented by Prof. A. Steurer of the ETH in Zurich and is entirely manufactured in Switzerland.
Thanks to the lightness and elasticity typical of wooden structures, earthquake-proof performance is also very high. Finally, the provision for electric charging of cars in the covered parking spaces also espouses the philosophy of sustainable housing.

- Typology VILLA A:
Detached villa of 4.5 rooms, arranged on 3 levels, for a total sqm 160 approx. gross area.
The entrance floor includes the entrance, a bathroom and a non-habitable portion of sqm 22 approx. (a technical room with laundry and a cellar).
The first floor includes the living area, the dining area with open kitchen, a toilet room and the storage room.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which has direct access from the master bedroom).
On the ground floor there is a private garden of sq m 80 approx. and a covered terrace of sq m 13.6 approx. facing southwest.
The land plot measures sq m 212 - 237 approx, depending on the chosen villa, including the portion enslaved to the common access road.
Complementing Villa A, a covered parking space and two uncovered parking spaces.
