I cannot be used as a primary residence, which makes me ideal as a personal holiday and relaxation retreat. Tourist rentals such as Airbnb or other forms of rental are also not allowed – an additional advantage for all those who value peace, privacy and a harmonious environment.
With my living space of around 37 m² and my spacious terrace, I offer far more than just a classic mobile home – I convey a real chalet feeling with a lot of charm and cosiness.
You will feel my special atmosphere as soon as you arrive. My bright living and dining area with an open kitchen welcomes you and offers direct access to my dreamlike terrace. Here you can enjoy a free and spectacular view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains – a view that is breathtaking in every season.
My bedroom offers space for restful nights, while additional sleeping facilities can be used flexibly in the living area and in another room. My bathroom with shower, a practical redoubt and my entrance area with its own washing machine are the perfect complement to my living space.
A very special highlight is my large 20 m² wooden terrace with a pavilion, lounge and Weber barbecue, which invites you to linger and enjoy. Here you can experience the Bernese Oberland mountain world from the front row – whether for breakfast in the morning sun or for cozy evenings in absolute peace.
I am being sold fully furnished – including interior and exterior furniture – and am therefore immediately ready to move in.
