In a well-maintained apartment building, we rent a bright 3.5-room apartment on the first floor of Stemmerstrasse 44 in Büsingen am Hochrhein, only about 200 m from the Rhine. The apartment impresses with a practical floor plan, a large balcony and its own outdoor parking space right in front of the house.
The living area is approximately 70 m², and there is also a spacious cellar room of approximately 12 m². The balcony, which is about 10.5 m² in size, offers enough space for a seating area and plants, and has a side windbreak or glass enclosure.
From the entrance hall, all rooms are easily accessible: a children’s/workroom (approx. 9.4 m²), a bedroom (approx. 13 m²), a separate WC with shower and the bathroom with bathtub and WC. In the photos, you can currently see carpet flooring in two rooms in the apartment, which will be replaced by modern vinyl flooring with a parquet look before moving in. The apartment will be freshly painted, well maintained and handed over ready to move in from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.
The kitchen of the apartment is compact and simply equipped. There is no dishwasher. A new bottom-freezer fridge is available at the start of the rental period. The living room with about 22 m² offers plenty of light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and allows direct access to the balcony.
The apartment comes with a large cellar room with window and shared use of the laundry room; the existing washing machine of the previous tenants can be taken over by the new tenant free of charge and without warranty if required. There is an outdoor parking space in front of the house which is included in the rental price.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, the paths to the Rhine and into nature are short – ideal for leisure activities such as walking, jogging or cycling.
Schaffhausen is easily accessible by a charming footpath along the Lindli (Rhine riverbank) or by public transport thanks to the nearby bus stop.
